Thank you for shopping with Glowden Art. Each of our products is custom-made according to the photos, designs, and specifications provided by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect photos, text, or information submitted by the customer.
- Customer preference regarding the final design.
- Orders that have been produced correctly according to the information provided at checkout.
- Personalized or made-to-order products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glowdenart@gmail.com.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
Upon reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because every order is custom-made, production may begin shortly after purchase.
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
European Union Customers
For customers located within the European Union, personalized and custom-made products are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, including Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
As a result, personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by law or in cases involving manufacturing defects, damage upon arrival, or shipment errors.
Product Variations
Because each item is individually produced and customized, slight variations may occur during the printing and manufacturing process.
This may include minor differences in:
- Color, brightness, or contrast compared to the original image submitted.
- Placement, cropping, or scaling of the design to best fit the selected shape and size.
- Glass texture, transparency, and light refraction effects.
- Product dimensions, which may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and the quality of the image provided by the customer.
These minor variations are considered normal characteristics of custom-made products and do not qualify as defects.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
