Thank you for shopping with Glowdenart. Every order is custom-made specifically for you, which means production begins shortly after your purchase is placed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Times

Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections

Glowdenart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once processing has begun.
Glowdenart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Glowdenart has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at glowdenart@gmail.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Glowdenart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or local delivery offices.
